Maintenance Tech

As part of our production team, the maintenance tech is required to:

· Install, service and repair electric motors, generators, pumps, pressure systems, and water systems.

· Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers.

· Perform routine maintenance on facility and equipment.

· Weld and repair machine parts.

· Ability to work from sketches, drawings, and blueprints.

· Must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

· Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift.




Slitter Operator

As part of our production team, the slitter operator is required to:

· Follow detailed instructions with accuracy.

· Review work orders to determine finished roll specifications.

· Maintain quality of finished product and inspect finished rolls.

· Position slitter knives and adjust controls.

· Lift heavy objects.

· Read and understand measurements down to .0625”

· Have a high school diploma or higher.

· Some experience preferred but not required.

· Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift.




Prepress Plate Mounter

As part of our production team, the plate mounter is required to:

· Follow detailed instructions with accuracy.

· Inspect printing plates for quality assurance.

· Evaluate color targets, PDF files, and other layout proofs for accuracy.

· Position and register printing plates onto sleeves.

· Maintain inventory of mounting tape and sleeves.

· Inspect and verify mounting proofs prior to production.

· Lift heavy objects.

· Read and understand measurements down to .0625”

· Have a high school diploma or higher.

· No experience required. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

· Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift.



Pouch Machine Operator

As part of our production team, the pouch machine operator is required to:

· Follow detailed instructions with accuracy.

· Review work orders to determine finished pouch specifications.

· Maintain quality of finished product and inspect finished pouches.

· Position machine seal bars, zipper functions, punchers and adjust controls.

· Lift heavy objects.

· Read and understand measurements down to .0625”

· Have a high school diploma or higher.

· Experience Required. Preferably on Totani, Hudson Sharp, Karlville, or other similar standup pouch equipment.

· Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift.



Printing Press Operator/Assistant

As part of our production team, the printing press operator/assistant is required to:

· Follow detailed instructions with accuracy.

· Review work orders and printing proofs to determine print and material specifications.

· Maintain quality of printed product and inspect print samples, and printing plates.

· Supply, mix, tone, and color match solvent inks.

· Use an X-Rite tester to determine color and density targets.

· Follow a production schedule.

· Lift heavy objects.

· Mechanical Aptitude.

· Read and understand measurements down to .0625”

· Have a high school diploma or higher. FTA First certification preferred.

· Experience Required. Preferably on CI Flexo Gearless Presses. NOT OFFSET!

· Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift.



Laminator Operator/Assistant

As part of our production team, the printing press operator/assistant is required to:

· Follow detailed instructions with accuracy.

· Review work orders and printing proofs to determine lamination and material specifications.

· Maintain quality of laminated product and inspect samples.

· Handle film materials and lift heavy objects and/or machinery.

· Follow a production schedule.

· Lift heavy objects.

· Mechanical Aptitude.

· Read and understand measurements down to .0625”

· Have a high school diploma or higher.

· No experience required, however soventless lamination experience preferred.

· Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift.
